YOUR WEEKLY WEATHER NUTSHELL
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
–High pressure dominates today with mostly sunny skies and highs in the upper 50s north (SVT) to upper 60s south (Springfield / Hartford)
–Morning fog near the Brattleboro VT to Keene NH stretch burns off by mid morning
–Northwest gusts come up to 25mph again later today
–Lows will be cold due to radiational cooling under clear skies with temps bottoming out into the low to mid 30s
–Wednesday starts off mostly sunny, and highs will climb to the upper 50s to mid 60s
–Clouds will build in the afternoon, and scattered showers should push in by evening, before midnight
–Lows will dip to the low 40s, and highs on Thursday rise to the upper 40s to mid 50s (the coolest day in the next 7-10)
–Scattered showers are expected on Thursday into the evening before quitting as a warm front sets up
–By Friday, a mostly dry day is expected with highs in the 50s, but more clouds than Sun are expected, as well as a thickening of the clouds by later afternoon
–A cold front approaches and pushes through Friday night into Saturday with another round of scattered showers
–At this point, it looks like we’ll salvage a partly sunny day by Saturday afternoon with highs in the 55-60º range
–We’ll clear out Saturday night with lows in the 30s to near 40º
–Then by Sunday through Tuesday, another dry period shows up with highs 55-60º and at least partly sunny skies expected
–Given that some guidance is outputting maybe a quarter inch of rain over the next 10 days, it appears that in the very short-term we’re drying for the time being, something about which I believe many of us can rejoice
YOUR MORNING DISCUSSION
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Good morning everybody, I’m gonna let the Nutshell do much of the talking as our weather has entered a rather quiescent stage for the short-term.

We’ve got a lovely albeit breezy day ahead, and Wednesday mostly looks nice too, though clouds will build in the afternoon and showers will arrive, most likely after sunset.

If I had to pick a day through the middle of next week that looks most inclement and cool, it would be Thursday with some showers at times, and highs in the upper 40s to mid 50s.

Aside from another round of cold frontal showers Friday night into Saturday morning, fair and drier weather looks to dominate into the middle of week with highs in the low to mid 60s today/tomorrow, and then after a cooler Thursday, more so in the 50s to near 60º late this week into early next week.

Have a great day!

>>> BE KIND <<<
“Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It’s hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It’s round and wet and crowded. On the outside, babies, you’ve got a hundred years here. There’s only one rule that I know of, babies: Goddamn it, you’ve got to be kind.”
–Kurt Vonnegut
