–Dense Fog Advisories are up for the Berkshires and SVT
–Dense fog also reported in southwest NH and eastern Franklin County as well as parts of northwest CT this morning
–Patchy fog elsewhere with temps in the 30s and 40s
–Fog should evaporate by mid-morning as temps come up, and west-northwest breezes pick up and gust to 25mph at times later
–Highs will climb into the upper 50s to mid 60s under partly sunny skies, some upper 60s possible
–Lows dip into the mid 30s to low 40s under clearing skies
–Tuesday is the pick of the week with mostly sunny skies and highs again in the upper 50s to mid 60s, breezy, with lows in the 30s
–Wednesday now looks partly to mostly sunny with highs in the upper 50s to mid 60s, so a trio of nice days lies ahead
–By Wednesday evening clouds increase, though, and we’ll watch a frontal boundary slide our way for Thursday
–This should bring a period of scattered showers our way Wednesday night into Thursday with highs in the mid 50s
–A lull in the action is possible Thursday night into Friday, which looks mostly cloudy for now
–By Friday night into Saturday another round of scattered showers looks probable as our storm passes north of us and drags a front into New England
–Sunday looks partly to mostly sunny behind the front, and high temps are in the 50s during this late week / weekend period with lows either side of 40º
–All in all, this is a better forecast than recent weeks, in rainfall should be on the lighter side with drier conditions

You can mix and match, no need to do them consecutively, just intersperse those facial configurations and send your brain some signals to release some hopeful biochemistry.
Hopeful is helpful, as I like to say, though to be truthful I’ve never said it before, but it can work for the moment.
Anyway, as far as our weather is concerned, drier is better, and I’m seeing some dapples of light and photon speckles in the next 7-10 day period.
No, it won’t be dry the whole time, but it looks substantially drier than recent weeks, and that starts with today through Wednesday after we get this morning fog to lift.
Dense Fog Advisories will expire at 9am in the Berkshires and SVT, and a nice, but breezy and mild day will develop with partly to mostly sunny skies.
The Nutshell above has much of the detail for the next 7 days, but the bottom line is that the next 3 days look like fair weather days, with the most sunshine for Tuesday and highs in the 60s, woo hoo!
By Wednesday afternoon we’re clouding up ahead of a frontal boundary which will bring scattered showers into the region Wednesday night into Thursday, but right now it looks like less than a third of an inch of rainfall, so that’s decent news.
Friday serves as a lull, and then another boundary will focus some more showers through our region Friday night into Saturday, which also looks more on the anemic side at the moment, which will be followed by a nicer Sunday.
So when weighing everything, it’s reasonable to spontaneously explode into cartwheels, somersaults, tumbles, stops-drops-and-rolls, hoots, hollers, and all manner of celebration that it does not appear we will get a soaking rainfall this week!!
