SUMMARY:
–Good morning everybody, after a very chilly morning of teens temps, we will rise robustly into the 40s before the day is through
–This is cause for much rejoicing or at least for a momentary light fist-pump
–We’ll be cold again tonight with clear skies, but low to mid 20s should do it. Calm.
–High pressure tracks east-southeast of our region, and begets southwesterly, milder flow into southern New England
–Highs should reach the low 50s under mostly sunny skies, with lows in the mid to upper 30s under an increasingly cloudy Space Veil, with a few showers possible
–For Friday, the cold front that will wash out over us (i.e. turn its orientation toward our flow, and stall) will serve to keep clouds in play, and a few showers
–That won’t stop it from reaching the upper 50s to low 60s though! Holla!
–Lows Friday night will be in the low 40s with patchy fog possible
–For Saturday, the front that lazily lounges around our ‘hood late week SHOULD be sent packing north as a warm front
–If this happens with enough vigor, and we get some sunny breaks? We’re looking at low 70s for highs
–However, for now, that looks less likely to happens with highs “only” in the mid to upper 60s. Boo hoo for us! #SadFace
–By Sunday, a cold front is on the way back into the region with highs near 60
–This front looks to have a little oomph with it, and so some thunderstorms are possible along with scattered showers
–By Monday morning, we should be below zero, and some black ice patches are possible
–Early next week looks fair, but colder and more seasonable
–There are a couple of WAY OUTSIDE snow chances for the high terrain in the first week of April
–After those, which more likely than not will be non-events, we go more fully into our Spring season
Have a great day!
