1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for the Services or otherwise interact with us.

• First name (for personalized in-app greetings)
• Email address (for unique account identification)
• Password (for login security)
• U.S. state, county, and town (for zone-based local weather reporting)

This information is required for creating an account and accessing our Services, which are limited to users within our 12-county service area. Location information is not collected via GPS, but is entered manually during onboarding.

We do not process sensitive information.

Payment data is handled by third parties (PayPal and Stripe).

Basic app and device usage data may be collected for maintenance and troubleshooting. We may also collect information from public databases or partners, but never for user profiling or resale.

We retain user data only as long as your account is active or as required by law. Once deleted, data is anonymized or archived securely.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure; use of Services is at your own risk.
