Good morning folks, we’ve got several waves of most rain showers coming up for this evening, Thursday evening, and Saturday (which may be a soaker), and because I know that you’re only reason for getting up in the morning is my prodigious utilization of double–dashes, I shall give you what you clamor for multiple times per day, because that’s the kind of guy I am.

SUMMARY
–We’re already in the 30s and 40s, and we’ll see a wide range of high temps today
–These will run the gamut from the upper 40s in southern VT/southwest NH, into the 50s in WMass/CMass, and possibly some low 60s in northern CT, assuming the partly sunny breaks last long enough
–Overall, we’re trending toward mostly cloudy skies with time, as a weak disturbance will pass north of us tonight
–Winds will be light west and southwest, and first showers should arrive in our NW zones between 3-5pm, then south and east of there after 5pm
–Some areas south of the Pike will either stay dry or just see a passing shower or two: it’s mainly N of the Pike that showers will be affecting us
–Showers quit by midnight or so, and we could see some of them mix with snow in the southern Greens and Monadnock Region, with lows dropping into the low 30s up that way, mid to upper 30s for the rest of us
–For Wednesday, we’ll have some patchy fog in the morning, and then a mostly sunny day will develop behind this wave, with highs in the mid to upper 50s, and lows in the mid to upper 30s
–On Thursday, a more organized coastal storm will be tracking toward Nantucket
–This will spread periods of rain showers, light to moderate, into our region during the afternoon and evening, again quitting by/around midnight
–Highs will reach the low to mid 50s, with lows near 40º
–Friday is the pick of the week for sure, with partly to mostly sunny skies, downsloping winds out of the west, and highs well into the 60s, possibly hitting 70º in northern CT!
–Lows only bottom out into the low to mid 40s as clouds increase
–Saturday looks like a soaker, folks, so expect plenty of rain on that day, with highs in the low to mid 50s
–Sunday and Monday look to feature similar temps, but fairer weather, except a few showers may linger Sunday
