Western Mass Weather for January 30, 2020

[PEACE IN THE VALLEY] (7:05am Thursday)
Good morning everybody, we’re starting off in the single digits to teens depending on where you are, and another nice day is on the way.

Highs will be in the low to mid 30s as high pressure tracks southeast through New England and out to sea tomorrow.

Lows tonight will be in the teens under partly cloudy skies with light winds.

With the high to our southeast tomorrow, a light southerly flow will nudge high temps into the 35-40 degree range. Clouds will increase at night with lows in the mid 20s.

For Saturday, our storm misses to the south and heads out to sea blast Nova Scotia and Newfoundland once again (which is where I am moving, btw).

A few snow or rain showers are possible, with highs in the 35-40 degree range and lows in the 20s with mostly cloudy skies throughout.

On Sunday, a partly sunny day should develop, with highs in the 35-40 degree range, and lows in the 20s.

Monday and Tuesday look partly to mostly sunny and milder with highs in the low to mid 40s and lows near freezing.

Some rain showers are possible Wednesday, and our next storm signal would be next Friday or Saturday.

Short and simple! Have a great day…
