DHTWN REMINDER:
There’s a lot of to be distraught about these days, but life goes on, keeps moving, flowing, and willing itself onward. We’re a manifestation and part of that life force, but it goes way beyond us, and we’re lucky to be a part of it. Even if things aren’t going well, there’s always a chance things might improve. If you’re struggling, I hope things go better for you today, and stay open to the chance that they will – they just might.

MORNING DISCUSSION
Good morning everybody, as we all noticed yesterday, haze filtered our sunshine due to wildfire smoke from western Canadian fires in Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia being arced northeast and then southeast through Hudson Bay into New England, a far distance!

That haze is currently located more to our north over southern and central VT and NH, but could drop south into our region as the day wears on.

Otherwise, it’s going to be a mostly sunny day with highs in the 60s, so cooler than yesterday.

We have high pressure to our west near the Great Lakes which will dive southeast over the next couple of days, and that northerly flow as a result will keep us cooler today as compared to Monday, and will also help combine with dry air and clear skies tonight to likely maximize radiational cooling across the region.

This will help drop temps into the 30s for lows tonight, which introduces the potential for patchy frost, mainly north of the MassPike, and especially the further north you go in the region.

For Wednesday, the high starts to get south of us, and our temps will come up into the 60s to low 70s with lows in the 40s under sunny/clear skies respectively.

Thursday and Friday will warm right up thanks to high pressure being squarely south of us and driving a southwest to west warming flow into our region. Highs will reach the mid 70s to low 80s both days.

Thursday will be the sunnier of the two late-week days, and Friday will feature some scattered showers or a thunderstorm with a frontal passage.

The weekend looks nice with more sun on Saturday than Sunday, and cooling temps from the 70s Saturday to the 60s to low 70s on Sunday, but something tells me we’ll survive!

By Monday, another frontal boundary or low pressure wave will bring a chance for more showers, and more 60s highs for what is setting up to continue to be a very nice Spring pattern.

I hope you have a great day and that things go your way!

BE KIND
“Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It’s hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It’s round and wet and crowded. On the outside, babies, you’ve got a hundred years here. There’s only one rule that I know of, babies: Goddamn it, you’ve got to be kind.”
–Kurt Vonnegut
