YOUR MORNING DISCUSSION
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Good morning Peoples of the Golden West, we’ve got some sunny ray sprays out there this morning to greet us, or at least some of us. We had some showers move through overnight, with many receiving under a tenth of an inch, and others getting up to a third of an inch or so. Again, no big whoop.
Some additional small-cell, brief showers are redeveloping this morning ahead of our warm front, but that’s how the day will go overall. Periods of sunny breaks, cloudy periods, a few showers this morning, and a better chance of scattered heavier showers this later afternoon and evening, with a thunder rumble possible, but nothing severe.
Highs today, given enough sunny breaks, will soar into the upper 60s to mid 70s. If it clouds over more, more in the 60s to perhaps 70º. Lows will be in the 50s with showers ending late.
Monday looks quite nice, and quite warm under partly sunny skies, with highs again mostly in the 70s, and someone could approach 80º, though just for a day. Lows again will dip into the 50s.
By Tuesday, we’re mostly cloudy with a few morning showers possible, but as better chance in the evening and overnight as a frontal boundary pushes in along with a weak disturbance. High should be in the 60s with lows in the upper 40s. Showers may last into Wednesday morning, with some drying by afternoon.
Wednesday highs should crack the 60º mark, but by late week, we’re warming up again with renewed southerly flow, and highs in the low to mid 70s under (hopefully) partly sunny skies as our next showery system likely holds off more toward later Friday night or even Saturday.
The weekend looks to start off on the wet side, and this system (tied to a developing low pressure center passing to our northwest) could produce some decent rainfall, so stay tuned for updates as we get closer.
Hope you have a great day and rest of your weekend! We’re alive, wooo!
>>> BE KIND <<<
“Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It’s hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It’s round and wet and crowded. On the outside, babies, you’ve got a hundred years here. There’s only one rule that I know of, babies: Goddamn it, you’ve got to be kind.”
–Kurt Vonnegut
