–Echo Tops shows 18dbz reflectivity or higher, high up in atmosphere, can show updrafts and/or areas of heaviest rain
–Hydrometeor Classification to show if storm is reaching up past the freezing layer to help indicate storm strength
IDENTIFY HAIL OR HAIL CORE
–If high Super-Res Reflectivity (40+dbz) and Differential Reflectivity near 0, hail mixed in with rain drops
–Correlation Coefficient of 0.80 to 0.95 can indicate smaller hail mixed in
–Correlation Coefficient of 0.80 or a bit less can indicate large hail mixed in
–Composite reflectivity can indicate strongest core where hail might be
–Hydrometeor Classification show if precip is above freezing layer as snow/ice/hail
–Echo Tops can show storm intensity highest up in the cloud

–Super-Res Velocity high values of green moving toward radar and red moving away, in a sudden, emergent radial pattern, can indicate microburst

IDENTIFY IN-STORM ROTATION / MESOCYCLONE / TORNADO
–Storm Relative Velocity can ID velocity couplets indicating rotation
–Super-Res Spectrum Width very high value equals rotational/chaotic flow
–If Correlation Coefficient is significantly less than 0.80 and shows debris ball signature along with strong rotation, tornado is on the ground most likely
