ASIDE FROM SOME LIGHT SNOW AND RAIN SHOWERS LATE SUNDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY MONDAY MORNING WITH A COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE AND A FEW SCATTERED COATINGS, WE’VE GOT PLENTY OF FAIR WEATHER ON THE WAY… COLD EARLY THIS WEEK, MILD BY THE END, AND VERY MILD OVER THE WEEKEND WITH SHOWERS POSSIBLE… (7:10am Sunday)
Good morning everybody, I hope you dreams were illuminating, and that your sleep was restful. I’ve got a brief report for you today. Commence bulletization, a/k/a double-dash creation.
–A gorgeous day is on tap
–Lows 50s for highs in the high terrain and mid to upper 50s in the valley, with plenty of sunshine
–Clouds build tonight with a cold front approaching from our north, tracking south
–Lows tonight will be in the low 30s
–Some rain or snow showers are possible in the Berkshires and SVT, but it may just be a dry frontal passage. I’ll update briefly tonight.
–After our cold front tracks south of the region, we’ll see highs only in the upper 30s to low/mid 40s for Monday with partly sunny skies
–Lows will be in the upper teens to low 20s
–Tuesday and Tuesday night is the coldest 24 hours over the next 7-10 day period
–It will be sunny but highs will only be in the low 30s in the high terrain and upper 30s in the valley
–Lows will drop firmly into the teens
–Wednesday through Friday, high pressure tracks east of our region, and a southwesterly flow develops
–We’ll see highs in the 40s Wednesday, low 50s Thursday, and mid to upper 50s by Friday, with plenty of sunshine whole way through
–The weekend could hit 60 degrees, but some rain showers are possible, so I will keep you updated
