6:45AM-TUES: OUR WEATHER PAYS A VISIT TO NO-BIG-WHOOPINGTON THIS WEEK…
Good morning everybody, we’ve got a zonal flow this week and into the weekend, which means weather systems will move pretty quickly in a west-to-east track. As such, there are no big storm potentials that I see until early next week, but before we jump into the details, I’ve got a note from our local and delicious sponsor, #TandemBagelCo, who just opened a new location in West Springfield, MA.

WEATHER BULLETIN:
–After a bone-chillingly cold start with many folks in the teens, we will “rebound” into the low to mid 30s for highs today with clouds increasing later on
–For this evening, mostly cloudy skies will rule our roost with a few flurries possible
–Otherwise, it’ll be dry with highs in the mid to upper 20s
–Clouds should break up enough behind a departing weak wave to produce a partly sunny day with highs in the upper 30s to low 40s before clouds increase yet again
–Wednesday night into Thursday morning may produce some snow showers overnight with lows in the upper 20s
–As we toward Thursday afternoon, highs will reach well into the 40s to near 50º as a cold front approaches and moves through at night
–This will cause Thursday night and Friday westerlies to develop with gusts up to 25mph or so with lows in the upper 20s to low 30s, and highs in the mid 30s to low 40s under increasingly sunny skies
–Lows Friday night will plummet into the teens to low 20s once again, and another zippy clipper system will bring a few snow showers late Friday night into early Saturday
–The weekend looks mostly dry with highs in the 35-40º range and lows near 20º so the cold air is definitely building as we move into the first week of December
–In addition, the attached chart indicates that we still have a Monday/Tuesday storm signal to monitor, but right now it is not worth discussing – just something to keep an eye on…
Have a great day!
