(8:45am Sun) AFTER PATCHY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING, WE’LL ENJOY A BEAUTIFUL PAIR OF DAYS BEFORE A WARMER RAINY STRETCH FOR MID WEEK… WE’LL COOL AND DRY OUT AGAIN FOR LATE WEEK…
Good morning everybody, we’re pulsing down into Autumn now that the equinox has passed us behind. We will still get some warm/humid surges, but longer cooler and drier advections. There’s not too much to talk about, but I’ll bullet things out below:
–High pressure will dominate our weather for the next two days.
–Expect highs in the upper 60s to low 70s today, from high elevation to low
–Any patchy dense morning fog will burn off to reveal a mostly sunny day north of the MA/CT border, with some more clouds south of there
–Lows tonight will drop into the 40s under mostly clear skies
–For tomorrow, temps will be cooler with highs in the low to mid 60s under mostly sunny skies, with lows in the 40s
–Clouds increase Monday night ahead of a warm front that will pass through Tuesday evening
–This will bring rain showers and thunderstorms into the region for Tuesday with highs in the 60s ahead of the warm front
–The warm front moves through Tuesday night and keeps lows near 60 with more showers expected
–Wednesday will have one unseasonably warm day with highs in the upper 70s and more showers and thunderstorms ahead of an incoming cold front
–Lows Wednesday night behind the cold front will be in the 50s
–Then we cool down and dry out late week with highs in the 60s, lows in the 50s, with fair weather as a zonal flow re-establishes itself
Have a great day and enjoy this Autumnal weather!
