MANY LOW TO MID 30S READINGS THIS MORNING… ANYBODY SEE FROST? PLEASE POST BELOW… COLD THIS MORNING WITH PATCHY DENSE FOG IN SPOTS, COOL TODAY, COOL TONIGHT, THEN WE WARM THROUGH MONDAY WITH FAIR WEATHER AND LATE SUMMER CONDITIONS RULING THE ROOST AS WE ROLL THROUGH THE AUTUMNAL EQUINOX.. (6:40am Thurs)
Good morning everybody, we’ve got a very cold start out there this morning.
Do you have frost on the ground or windshield?
Many temps are in the 30s, and I’ve even seen a freezing mark in Worcester County!
There are also observations of patchy dense fog, let me know if you’re seeing that as well. In the very remote chance that fog intersects with one of those 32 degree readings, watch out for slippery ice glaze on surfaces!
After the fog burns off and the chill of the morning gives way, a beautiful day will develop with mostly sunny skies and highs in the upper 60s to low 70s. Lows tonight will bottom out in the low to mid 50s.
High pressure continues to move east through the region overnight, and by tomorrow/Friday, more of a west wind off of the land will warm us up into the mid to upper 70s under mostly sunny skies, with lows in the low to mid 50s.
KILLER LATE SUMMER WEEKEND ON THE WAY
A southerly flow will develop by Saturday, and our temps will soar into the upper 70s to low 80s on Saturday, with low to mid 80s for highs on Sunday.
Plan and any all activities with assurance that your local atmosphere will support your bacchanalian-esque summery revelry with absolution.
You’re welcome! ;-)
We’ve got a cold front that will pass through the region Monday with some scattered showers and highs in the 75-80 degree range.
More fair weather is expected into the middle of next week with cooler and more seasonable highs in the upper 60s to mid 70s, generally speaking.
Have a great day and dress accordingly this morning! It’s freakin’ cold out there!
