HELLO SWEET GORGEOUS SATURDAY, DON’T EVER LEAVE US AGAIN! TOMORROW DURING THE DAY LOOKS WARM, PARTLY SUNNY, WITH A SPOT SHOWER DURING THE DAY AND A BETTER CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS SUNDAY LATER AFTERNOON INTO THE NIGHT… MORE SHOWERS AND STORMS, SOME OF WHICH MAY BE STRONG, PUSH IN FOR MONDAY, THEN MOST OF THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK LOOKS PRETTY DRY EXCEPT FOR A FEW SHOWERS NEXT THURSDAY WITH A FRONTAL PASSAGE… NOT TOO BAD, FOLKS…
(6:55am Saturday)
Good morning, good morning, I suggest you get outside today like your life depended on it and squeeze the joy out of every savory sunny moment.

For today, high pressure builds in with a relatively light northwest wind, which will push highs well into the 60s, with some folks cresting 70 degrees.
Clouds will build in late Saturday night, but it will be dry with lows near 50 degrees.
On Sunday, we will see a warm front push through the region as highs push into the low to mid 70s. Some spot showers are possible in the morning, but should be a partly sunny day on average.
Late in the afternoon will be in what’s called a pre-frontal trough, ahead of the cold front that passes through Monday afternoon.
This is an unstable zone that will foster lift and resultant showers with some thunderstorms later on Sunday afternoon and into the night time. Expect lows to only dip into the upper 50s to low 60s with humidity increasing as the night wears on, and into Monday.
Once Monday arrives, this will be our warmest day we’ve seen this new warm season, and it will also feature the best chance for strong to even severe thunderstorms in the afternoon ahead of the approaching cold front. Highs should reach the mid 70s to low 80s.
At the moment the best instability looks to occur north of the Rt. 9 corridor in WMass and CMass up into SVT and SWNH, but we’ll refine as we get closer.
We’ll dry out Monday night and then hopefully we will be looking forward to a pair of mostly sunny and drier days on Tuesday and Wednesday as high pressure builds into the region.
A few showers are possible Thursday with a frontal passage, with potentially sunnier conditions for the end of the week.
Have a great day, get out and enjoy it, and tell me what you did that was fun!
