Good morning everybody, May The Force Be With You today, and all days in all ways.

I think it’s interesting that we go to sleep at night, and we wake up in the same bed we went to sleep in, yet we’re generally 4 million miles away from the point in the Cosmos at which moment we fell asleep.

Isn’t that something? I know, you haven’t had your coffee yet, and we’re getting *out there* too quickly – welcome to my world!! :-p

SUMMARY
–A weaker shortwave has brought some light snow showers overnight to the northern Berkshires, western Franklin County and SVT
–As that system continues to track through the crown of Maine and away into the Maritimes, our flow will back out of the west and southwest
–This will allow highs temps to rise into the upper 30s to mid 40s
–Winds may gust up to 20mph, but nothing like yesterday and the night prior!
–Lows tonight will drop into the low to mid 20s as the first of two cold fronts passes through the region
–This could allow another area of scattered snow showers to push through SVT, SWNH and northwest MA, but no big deal.
–For Thursday, sunny skies are expected with highs in the low to mid 30s
–Another cold front will drop through the region at night, and drop lows into the low to mid teens with northwest winds gusting 20-25mph late and continuing into Friday
–Friday is also sunny (see a pattern, here?), with the core of that cold stretch moving through the region
–Still, we’re talking about early March with a higher sun angle, so highs will reach the mid 20s to low 30s. Cold, to be sure, but tolerable.
–Friday night lows will dip into the mid to upper teens
–The weekend looks gorgeous, and a touch milder, with highs in the upper 20s to low 30s Saturday, and the low to mid 30s Sunday with plenty of sunshine, and light winds
–By Monday, high pressure will be tracking south of us and out into the western Atlantic
–This will turn our flow southwest, and bring highs into the low 40s
–By Tuesday, we could be surging into the upper 40s to low 50s, and after that, we may firmly enter the 50s through the end of the week, with some folks hitting 60º!

No rain in sight, folks, the pattern has flipped.
