Good morning everybody, the weather may weather us day in and day out, but here we still are, and grateful I still am #YodaKnows
We’ve got patchy fog that has formed in spots, in the Berkshires, in Orange, and I’m sure other locations. This, of course, will burn off as our roasty day begins to take shape, and as we turn more fully toward our star.
SUMMARY
–Skies will become mostly sunny and highs will reach the mid 80s to low 90s from the high terrain to low
–Some mid 90s can’t be ruled out in the Springfield to Hartford hot spot
–Heat Advisories are posted for heat indices rising into the upper 90s to 100 degrees for some
–Air Quality alerts are posted for the CT River Valley today for increased ground level ozone concentrations so take it easy, especially if you have respiratory issues
–An isolated shower or thunderstorm is possible, like yesterday
–Lows will sit down into the 65-70 range tonight as any showers or storms dissipate with the cooling of the surface, expect partly to mostly clear skies

——————————————
–For Wednesday, a cold front will be moving through the region, and scattered showers will break out across the region by late morning to early afternoon and last potentially into the mid to late afternoon
–Downpours will be possible given the very moist air mass and resultant forced rising air brought about by the cold front
–Highs will be in the 75-80 range in the high terrain and low to mid 80s in the valley
–Showers and storms may linger Wednesday evening, but it should clear late with lows in the upper 50s to mid 60s
–Thursday through Sunday looks amazing! High pressure builds in, and we will see partly to mostly sunny skies with highs in the 75-80 range across the Berkshires, and 80-85 in the valley down into northern CT and east into CMass
–Lows each night will be in the upper 50s to low 60s
–Fair weather should extend into next week, though a few scattered showers are possible Sunday night
Have a great day!
