BRIEF DAILY SUMMARY:
Good morning Cosmic Creatures, we’re still hurtling at about 500,000mph through Space last I checked. And to think we have to post Wind Advisories when wind speeds hit 40mph, sheesh…

For today, we will enter a warm advection pattern, but between moister moving in as that southwest flow sets up, some black ice is possible this morning as well as some freezing drizzle, so check your conditions where you live. Highs today will reach the mid 40s or so, with partly sunny skies on average.

A little disturbance moves through tonight which may kick of some scattered showers. Lows will be in the 30s.

For tomorrow, the flow is with us, as we soar into the low 50s under mostly cloudy skies. As the cold front approaches tonight, a wave develops along the front and brings some scattered rain showers through the region Thursday night into Friday morning.

We may warm well into the 40s on Friday early, but we’re falling back into the teens by night, and some Berkshire snow showers are possible at night.

By Saturday, we’re watching to see if a zonal wave can get amped a bit, and track close enough to bring a period of accumulating snow to the region as we cool down this weekend. Highs on Saturday will be in the 20s and lows in the teens, so this storm could be timed to just right to dump some snow and then melt by early next week as we warm well into the 50s again by Tuesday.

Have a great day!
