A WICKED NICE THREE-FER IN TERMS OF WICKED NICE WEATHER… A FEW SHOWERS AND STORMS WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY AS A WARM/COLD FRONT COMBO SWIPES THROUGH… WARMING BY NEXT WEEKEND INTO THE FOLLOWING WEEK… (8am Sunday)

Good morning everybody, Dorian sure beat the crap out of Nova Scotia on its way to dissipating back from whence it came. Thanks to Steve from Plainfield for sending this link to me:

Lots of trees uprooted and felled, they will be cleaning up for a while up there, although it’s nothing like the northern Bahamas which was just destroyed.

If you want to help with that relief effort (which I will be doing by tomorrow) this is the most legit org I could find directly helping with the relief effort down there:

For me, this is all a reminder that no matter how stressful and problematic your life may be at any given time, if you can wake up, get yourself out of bed, look around, and see that your house, family, pets and neighborhood are still in tact? You just won the day AGAIN. We take it for granted, but it’s something to be immensely grateful for.
