MORE SHOWERS OVERNIGHT, AND BETTER CHANCE OF STRONGER WIND GUSTS THURSDAY AFTERNOON...
Good evening folks, we’ve had some rain showers push into the region which has remained mostly under a tenth of an inch received, save for far northwest MA and SVT where over a quarter inch has fallen in some of those areas.
Going forward, the first round of showers diminishes, while a second round with a cold front will push through after midnight and before about 8am tomorrow morning.
A few showers may be on the heavier side. Lows will hang int he 60s as higher humidity remains in place.
In terms of wind, while a few high terrain areas may gust up to 25-30mph, it’s really behind the cold front for later Thursday that westerly wind gusts should be more widespread in the 15-30mph range.
Have a great night!
