SOUTHERN HAMPSHIRE AND NORTHERN HAMPDEN COUNTY SHOWERS PERSIST FOR ANOTHER COUPLE HOURS...
This isolated cluster of showers and at times, downpours, will continue off and on in the southern half of Hampshire County and buzz the northern part of Hampden County for the next 1-3 hours before dissipating by around 9pm or so due to the decrease in surface heating as the sun sets.
This, like some of the other isolated cells today, were born off the western hilltowns, and are unrelated to the storm that passed to our south which brought rain to southern CT today and some showers to northern CT…
