LOOKING A BIT MILDER THURSDAY, AND A BIT MORE SHOWERY SATURDAY...

Good evening everybody, well, today has not been many people’s favorite type of weather day, though I must say I took a long walk in it and generally really enjoy these low-cloud-deck, cool days — I’m a bit of a freakazoid and I acknowledge it.

#EverybodysDifferent

There may few light spots of drizzle, otherwise we’ll be dry under mostly cloudy skies with temps dropping as dewpoints hold fairly steady.

Lows will dip down into the 35-40º range overnight with some patchy fog possible.

For tomorrow, the combination of light southerly winds early plus developing mostly sunny skies with a higher late-April sun angle should be enough to buoy temps up into the mid 50s to low 60s with some mid 60s in the valley possible, despite west to northwest wind gusts picking up and gusting to 30mph or so.

This will enhance fire spread risk across the region, especially where earlier sunshine is realized.

Lows will dip into the 35-40º range, which will be followed by a sunny Friday with highs in the 55-60º range, and lows in the 30s.

The Saturday period looks a bit murkier at the moment, as there is a trend that drops the upper low southeast through Nova Scotia and pushes it bit more east to start the weekend, which could allow the system diving southeast out of the Great Lakes to push a bit more east, and spread showers into northern CT and southwest portions of WMass.

I just wanted to give a quick update, and hope you have a great night, Dave.
