Good evening everybody, areas of southwest continue to see some snow showers this early evening after scattered hit or miss activity across the greater WMass region.

As of 5:30pm, a cluster of strong-looking snow showers are tracking into central and southern Berkshire County between Great Barrington (or perhaps the Village of Housatonic) up toward Pittsfield and points east and southeast of there.

These cells may weaken a bit on approach, but could produce brief bursts of moderate snowfall that may coat some areas as they track east-southeast through those areas, possibly affecting far northern Litchfield County, southwest Hampshire County (Middlefield, Huntington) and far western Hampden County hilltowns.

Other scattered snow shower activity is expected tonight with some upslope snow showers in the Berkshires and SVT, but a widespread event is not expected at this time. Lows will dip into the upper 20s to low 30s.

Have a great evening, Dave.
