Weather Nut Update

SCATTERED SHOWERS & T-STORMS ARE APPROACHING BERKSHIRE & LITCHFIELD COUNTIES AT 5:15PM…
Good afternoon folks, I just wanted to pop my digital head in here to let you know that 2 clusters of disturbed weather are tracking east into fairly humid air in place, and headed towards the Berkshire County MA and Litchfield County CT just after 5pm.
We’ll see some impacts in WMass and northwest CT after 5:30pm or 6pm as it crosses east of the NY state line into southwest New England, especially west of I-91, and less so to the east.
The northern cluster headed into the Berkshires is more scattered and broken up but a couple cells could become strong and produced some strong localized wind gusts and heavy rainfall.
The southern cluster headed into western CT is more cohesive and could produce some of the above impacts, including a better chance for some areas of street flooding, at least in western Litchfield County.
This activity will slowly weaken as it tracks east through WMass and northern CT, followed by low temps in the upper 50s to mid 60s, and a pair of mostly sunny days with highs in the mid 70s to mid 80s and lows in the 55-60º range.
Please post any reports below if you get under any notable weather or thunderstorms.
Thanks and have a great night!
