AFTER 8PM SOUTH OF THE PIKE IS WHERE BEST CHANCE FOR SHOWERS/STORMS COMES INTO PLAY...
Good afternoon folks, I hope you are enjoying time with your friends and/or family, this is just a quick post to say that I think the main impact time and location for any showers or storms is towards sunset.
I think once we get past 8pm, we’ll see a cluster of showers, downpours and thunderstorms try and form further south where the better dynamics exist.
Heavy rainfall, strong wind gusts, and lightning are all possible in any storms and I think that the southern Berkshires, Hampden County and especially northern CT is where the most wet weather should set up around and after sunset (10pm potential radar chart attached)
Have a great rest of your day, Dave.
