SCATTERED SPOTTY SHOWERS MOSTLY WEST OF I-91 THIS AFTERNOON, FOCUSED IN THE BERKSHIRES, SOUTHWEST VT…

Good afternoon folks, most of us dry today with some breezy conditions, but there is an upper level trough swinging through the region from west to east today, which will continue to generate hit-or-miss showers and track them southeast into northwest CT, WMass and southwest VT.

Highs are going to hang in the 70s today with partial sunshine and cloudier periods as well.

All in all it will be a nice day, but some areas will get wet, especially in the Berkshires and southwest VT where over a tenth of an inch of rain has fallen through mid-day.

Lows tonight will dip into the 50s with patchy fog late, and then we’ll enjoy a mostly sunny Wednesday with highs in the low 70s to low 80s before we dip back into some shower activity late week.

I hope you have a great rest of your day, Dave.
