ALERT: STRONG LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH GUSTY WINDS AND HEAVY RAIN…
At 8:15pm, a line of strong-looking thunderstorms is pressing east into the central and northern Berkshires and far southwest VT.
Heavy rain, lightning and gusty winds up to 40mph are possible.
Another cluster of severe storms will approach the southern Berkshires and northwest CT around 10pm.
That southern cell has a history of larger hail and was tornado-warned earlier, so could produce some strong gusty winds later tonight in areas south of the Pike and west of I-91 in MA and CT.
