HEAT ADVISORIES CONTINUE FOR WMASS, NORTHERN CT AND SE.VT TODAY AND FRIDAY FOR HEAT INDICES PUSHING 100º IN SPOTS… LOW CHANCE OF STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS WELL WEST OF I-91 THIS EVE
Good morning everybody, the main weather story for us is the peak in heat and humidity for today and tomorrow resulting in heat indices pushing to or just over 100º both days (especially on Friday).
We also have to keep an eye out for isolated to scattered stronger thunderstorms which are also possible each later afternoon and evening, prior to our weekend looks to be a mostly fair-weather period with continued very-warm-to-hot temps.
Our humidity will decrease over the course of this upcoming weekend, and looks to end with showers Sunday night and cooler, more seasonable temps by early next week.
Tbe Nutshell above (if on FB) and below (if on the app) contains all the details for the next 7 days.
Have a great day!
