LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS OVERNIGHT, LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS MONDAY NIGHT, MIX TO RAIN TUESDAY NIGHT, THEN MORE RAIN SHOWERS BY FRIDAY… LOTSA LITTLE SYSTEMS ON THE WAY...
Good afternoon folks, I make abundantly clear that we’ve got zero big-whoop whopper storms on the horizon, which isn’t to say that a couple of the minor systems on the way won’t leave us with zero impacts.
I could see Monday night becoming slippery for some after a seriously cold Sunday night with lows near 0º for some, even if it is only a coating to an inch that falls.
And some icing is expected Tuesday night into the pre-dawn hours of Wednesday morning, so areas of northern MA into SVT/SWNH may get some ice glazing to cause issues there and then.
Aside from that, the Nutshell above pretty much covers what’s on the way, but here’s a quick reminder:
–We’ve got some light snow showers late tonight into early Sunday morning that may coat the ground in a number of towns, with some seeing no accumulation
–We’ve got very cold Sunday night temps on the way with lows deep into the single digits (and thankfully with little wind to make it worse)
–We’ve got a bit better of a chance with a snowy warm-frontal finger dropping a coating to an inch Monday afternoon and night
–We’ve got mix to rain Tuesday night into Wednesday, and we’ve got more rain showers for Friday
That’s what’s on the weather menu, folks, I am going to take a walk, and I’ll have an update tomorrow morning and get back to your regularly scheduled Nutgramming.
Have a great day!
