June 8, 2014 Satellite

High pressure is moving over us, and to our south, allowing for a warming westerly wind, which will be light. The high June sun angle has already quickly warmed us into the 60s approaching 70, and we will get all the way up into the mid 80s in the Pioneer Valley today! It’ll be about 10 degrees cooler on the east-facing coasts with a seabreeze in place.

Dewpoint temps will be in the 50s today, so it’s a comfortable, dry, very warm day.

Cumulus clouds will start to build, and we will see increasing clouds later today, as a cold front starts to approach us from the northwest tomorrow. In fact, today may end as a mostly cloud day, so get out and enjoy it!
