YOUR WEEKLY WEATHER NUTSHELL
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
–High pressure north of Maine noses south-southwest down into the greater WMass region today/tomorrow
–This produces downsloping flow (wind flow that moves off of higher terrain into adjacent valleys or flat lands) which is a warming flow
–This will produce a pair of, on average, partly sunny days with highs in the mid to upper 60s and lows either side of 50º
–Saturday will definitely be in the weekend pick, as Sunday will feature a front pushing into the region, bringing showers by afternoon and lasting all night
–Sunday highs will only be in the 50s, so a brief cool down can be expected, with lows Sunday night in the upper 40s
–High pressure to our south will establish westerly flow which will warm us up early next week, likely into the 70s both Monday and Tuesday (a bit warmer on Tuesday, upper 70s possible then)
–A warm front will approach the region by mid-week and push more showers into our region by later Wednesday into Thursday with highs in the 70s Wednesday, and 65-70º on Thursday
–There are some signals for storm over the following weekend but that’s a long way off, and I will keep an eye on it for you!
YOUR MORNING DISCUSSION
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Good morning folks, I hope you all slept well last night. Life is a gift, and as many problems as there are in the world today, and as many problems we all walk through in our lives, I want you to know that I am grateful that you are here, and for your readership and energy, and always have been.

I hope you get some time with a friend, or a family member, or a professional colleague today that enriches your life, and is an interaction in which you can be fully present and engaged, and truly enjoy and appreciate.

The small stuff (and even the large stuff) falls away in the end, and so it’s really important to acknowledge how fortunate we are to have any connections to the people and pursuits that we love and/or appreciate, and to pull that gratitude into our moment to moment lives with the people we like and love.

As for our weather, we’ve got a pair of showery periods coming up on Sunday and the middle of next week, but interspersed amongst those watery pitter-pattering events, we will enjoy a pair of party sunny dry days in the 60s today and tomorrow, and a pair of partly to mostly sunny dry days Monday and Tuesday with with highs in the 70s.

The details will become more clear as we get closer to the rainy frontal passages, but there are no washouts expected at this time, and for now it’s smooth sailing as we swing around our galactic center, corkscrewing through the Universe around our local star, somehow aware of our collective suspension in the cosmic firmament.

I wish you all well, always, and hope you have a great day. <3

>>> BE KIND <<<
“Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It’s hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It’s round and wet and crowded. On the outside, babies, you’ve got a hundred years here. There’s only one rule that I know of, babies: Goddamn it, you’ve got to be kind.”
–Kurt Vonnegut
