WEATHER REPORT
Good morning everybody, our pedestrian weather continues during this very late Spring period, and since there’s not a ton to discuss, I will dispense my thoughts via my favorite list and outlining tool, the double dash.
The double dash is probably the most digitally useful character ever, and I shall now use it with reckless abandon.
–Today is gorgeous, the end
–Mostly sunny, west winds gusting 15-25mph, highs in the 70s to 80º, lower humidity, super sweet
–Clouds build in a bit tonight, but we’ll survive
–Lows drop into the upper 40s to mid 50s, and our resultant slumbering activities will be greatly enhanced and supported
–More clouds than sun tomorrow, but a partly sunny day on average, with a few spot showers in the afternoon and evening possible as a moisture-starved doohickey floats through on the way to somewhere without caring when it gets there
–Highs 75-80º, and lows in the mid 50s under mostly cloudy skies
–Sunday is our next weather event of note, as clouds build ahead of an incoming upper level system that will eject a shortwave or two our way
–Highs will reach the low to mid 70s, and showers will become more numerous in the afternoon with a thunderstorm possible into the overnight period, with showers continuing and lows in the, yep you guessed it…. the 50s.
–Monday morning showers give way to a partly sunny day with highs in the 75-80º range, which oddly enough is DHTWN’s ideal operating temperature, in case anyone needs those specs in the future for when I’m converted into an AI bot
–I bet you can guess the low temps for Monday night? *points the mic out to the audience for the singalong portion of the forecast*
–Then we run smack dab into the middle of another 3-day stretch of fair weather, with mostly sunny skies and highs in the upper 70s to low 80s with lows in the mid to upper 50s
–An amazingly seasonable, temperate, and lovely stretch of weather, folks
–Friday into Saturday is another rain chance, but we’ll wrassle those details down when the time comes, because the time always does come, at least while we’re engaged in respiration and its associated bodily activities
Have a great day, and remember…
“Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It’s hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It’s round and wet and crowded. On the outside, babies, you’ve got a hundred years here. There’s only one rule that I know of, babies: Goddamn it, you’ve got to be kind.”
–Kurt Vonnegut
