[WIND CHILLS BELOW ZERO LATE TONIGHT AND TOMORROW MORNING… OUR BLUSTERY WEEKEND ARRIVES IN EARNEST BY THIS AFTERNOON, AS HIGH PRESSURE PACKS THE PRESSURE GRADIENT, KICKING UP NORTHWEST WINDS 25-40MPH IN GUSTS THIS AFTERNOON, AND ESPECIALLY TONIGHT AND TOMORROW MORNING… BUNDLE UP… MORNING SNOW SHOWERS IN THE BERKSHIRES AND WORCESTER COUNTY WILL END AS OUR MORNING WEARS ON… LIGHT SNOW STILL POSSIBLE TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT… 8:45AM SAT]

Good morning everybody, I’m still here, you’re still here, so if you’re respirating, still up, still taking nourishment… hell, even if your down and taking nourishment, life continues and try we must to make the best of things, no matter the circumstance.

Rise, and do what you can today, do what you love for 15 minutes or longer, and practice your Face Yoga.

Gravity likes to pull us toward the surface (especially as we age), and it’s part of our work to act in oppositional force to that gravity to stay strong, pliable, and alive.

Wait, is this the Tony Robbins page?

What the heck did I just read?

I think this guy ate too many Fruit Loops this morning… tamp down the sugar intake, fella, and eat some protein!!

NOW HERE’S DAVE WITH THE WEATHER…
–Morning lake effect snow showers in the Berkshires and upslope in central MA will come to an end, but some fresh coatings have probably been laid down by some of these
–Sunshine will increase today, but let’s call it partly sunny on a regional average with more clouds likely over southern VT and northwest MA, and more sun over the Pioneer Valley and points south and east
–Highs today will sort of sit where they are, upper teens to mid 20s, and may fall a bit in the afternoon
–Wind picks up in the afternoon as well, and starts gusting 20-30mph, which means wind chills could fall into the single digits later in the afternoon, so bundle up!
–Tonight is a night to stay inside
–Lows will drop into the mid to high single digits (maybe closer to zero in southern VT and northwest MA with inches of fresh snow pack!)
–Winds will INCREASE, gusting 25-40mph overnight and into Sunday morning
–Wind chills will be below zero, and in some case could reach 10-20 below zero in gusts (no Wind Chill Advisories yet, but would not be surprised if the afternoon shift at NWS doesn’t hoist ’em for SVT and possibly northwest MA)
–For Sunday, the wind continues into the afternoon, gusting 25-40mph out of the northwest, mostly sunny skies, and highs in the low to mid 20s and wind chills in the single digits, and lows again in the single digits with slackening wind, thankfully
–Monday starts off sunny, but high clouds build in during the afternoon, with highs in the upper 20s to low 30s
–Clouds increase at night with lows in the teens to low 20s
–Light snow is possible Tuesday and Tuesday night, a 1-3″ type deal, mainly along/south of the MassPike, but I will update as we get closer
–The storm system looks to be suppressed mostly south of our region from blocking high pressure to our north
–Highs on Tuesday will be in the upper 20s to low 30s with lows near 20º
–Wednesday through Friday looks like fair and seasonable weather with highs in the upper 20s to mid 30s and lows in the 20s through the period
–Next weekend is the next chance for storminess, but no big winter weather in sight at the moment

Have a great day!
