Good morning folks, a couple of days ago it looked like we’d have a shot at rainfall during the Sunday through Tuesday period.

While a spot shower can’t be ruled out late Sunday into Monday, we’re likely to remain dry and just see a few periods of clouds over this weekend.

#BORINGCAST
–Light northeast wind today with mostly sunny skies and highs in the mid 60s in the high terrain to low 70s in the valley and northern CT
–There’s a chance for some more afternoon clouds with a weak shortwave passage
–Chilly tonight under partly cloudy skies, with lows in the low to mid 40s and bone dry humidity
–For Sunday, high pressure builds east through southeastern Canada and northern New England and turns our wind a bit more north-northeast

–#DoYouSenseATrendHere
–By Wednesday, low pressure tries to make a run at us from the Mid-Atlantic region, but high pressure likely snuffs that south of us and out to sea
–Highs will reach the low to mid 80s as humidity begins to creep up. Lows will dip into the mid to upper 50s
–By Thursday, we’re heating up, and humidity will be palpable
–Highs will reach the low to mid 80s under mostly sunny skies with lows in the low 60s
–We’re humid by Friday, and highs will reach the mid to upper 80s with lows in the 60s
–By Saturday, a cold front will be approaching, and we should get some showers and thunderstorms into our region, and we will be pushing 90 degrees with muggy conditions

Get outside and make some Vitamin D, and thanks as always for your readership and support!
